Joker: Folie à Deux
What’s better than one Joaquin Phoenix DC movie? Two of them! A musical sequel to the 2019 Joker, Arthur Fleck, AKA The Joker, resides in Arkham State Hospital, awaiting trial. But as any well-versed Batman would know, Joker + hospital = Harley Quinn (unless you’re Heath Ledger, in which case, it equals kaboom.) Dr. Lee, played by Lady Gaga, begins to fall for Fleck, and the feeling is mutual. Folie à Deux translating to ‘a shared elusion’, the two pair up for shenanigans, hijinx, and much tomfoolery.
